Registration & Admission Instructions

Kindly read the following instructions carefully before proceeding with the online registration.

1. Online Registration
   1. Online registration is mandatory for seeking admission to RP School, Alamdar Colony.
   2. Online Registration starts from Tuesday, 1 September 2026 at 8:00 AM.
   3. Last date for submission of the registration form is Thursday, 3 September 2026 at 8:00 PM.
   4. Incomplete registration forms will not be accepted.
   5. Only one registration form may be submitted for the same child.
2. Eligibility Criteria
   1. Admission is open for Class Nursery only.
   2. The child must be 3+ years and below 4 years as on 31 October 2026.
   3. Eligible Date of Birth: 1 November 2022 to 31 October 2023.
3. Documents Required During Online Registration
   1. Recent passport-sized photograph of the child, father and mother in .JPEG format (Maximum size: 5 MB each).
   2. Recent group photograph of the father, mother and child in .JPEG format (Maximum size: 5 MB).
   3. Child's Date of Birth (D.O.B.) Certificate in .JPG or .JPEG format (Maximum size: 5 MB).
      Note: The Date of Birth should be valid and verifiable online.
   4. Aadhaar Cards of the father, mother and child in .JPG or .JPEG format (Maximum size: 5 MB each).
   5. A valid parent's mobile number and email ID must be available for communication.
4. Admission & Interaction Process
   1. Formal interaction with the child and both parents is mandatory for admission.
   2. Submission of the registration form does not guarantee admission.
   3. Upon successful review of the registration form, an Interaction Card will be issued and made available in the Parent Dashboard.
   4. The final selection process will be decided solely through a lucky draw.
   5. The list of selected candidates will be displayed on the school website and school office notice board.
5. Registration Fee
   1. The registration fee is Rs. 500 and is non-refundable.
   2. Payment can be made online through Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking / UPI.
6. Documents to Bring on the Day of Interaction
   1. Original Birth Certificate of the child.
   2. Photocopy of Aadhaar Card of the child and both parents.
   3. Blood Group Report of the child.
   4. Highest Qualification Certificates of both parents.
   5. If either parent is an alumnus/alumna of the school, please produce supporting documents.
   6. If a sibling is studying in the school, submit the latest fee receipt and report card.
   7. Single parent applicants should provide relevant documentary proof.
7. Transport Service (If Required)
   1. If transport service is required, contact the Transport In-charge, Mehraj U Din at 8899004917.
   2. Proceed with the admission registration process only after confirmation from the Transport In-charge.
   3. School transport operates on main routes only. Sub-routes and link routes are not covered.
8. Confirmation & Record
   1. After successful submission of the registration form, a confirmation message will be displayed.
   2. After review of the registration form, the Interaction Card will be issued through the Parent Dashboard.
   3. The Interaction Card must be downloaded and presented on the day of the Interaction.
9. Important Instructions & Terms
   1. Final admission is subject to verification of all original documents along with photocopies.
   2. After confirmation of admission, the fee must be deposited within the stipulated time; failing this, the admission shall stand cancelled.
   3. The decision of the School Management regarding admission shall be final and binding.
   4. By proceeding with registration, the applicant acknowledges that the admission instructions and terms have been read and understood.
